1. How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order, provided the item is new, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Do you accept returns for non-defective items?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as they meet the eligibility conditions.
3. Are exchanges allowed?
Yes. We accept exchanges. Simply contact us at support@pickloom.co.uk to arrange the exchange process.
4. Do I need to pay for return shipping?
No. A free return shipping label is included in your package, and there are no restocking fees.
5. How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
7. How long does shipping take?
Our standard delivery takes 4–9 business days (including handling and transit time).
8. What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 05:00 PM (GMT+01:00) British Summer Time are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
9. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over a qualifying amount ship free within the UK.
10. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on our website or through the courier’s tracking page. You can also use our Track Order page: Track Your Order.
